I just want to say that while my cat is little rough around the edges at times, I still love him dearly.
BUT he is a polydactyl and those extra toes are extra huge. Not only that, but they each also have their own claw AND another claw that is located in between to extra toe and the rest of the digits.
That’s four extra claws…….that don’t retract.
So while he tries to be sweet by reaching over and touching your face while you are working at your computer (ahem, I am talking about me because I am the only one he does this to).
What is supposed to be a gentle touch can scratch your eyeball if you are not quick enough.
Needless to say, he is hanging out in my bedroom with the door shut for a bit while I am finishing this post tonight because he won’t leave me alone.
Now back to business. This packing light post is a request for two weeks in Scandinavian that will take place in mid-September. So if you are wondering what to pack for Norway, Sweden, and Denmark then this post might help.
This is a really hard time of year to figure out what to pack because the weather is generally all over the place.
I looked up the predicted weather for several cities in each of these countries and what I see is a high of 23°C at the most for a couple of days, and the rest range from 12°C-19°C for daytime with a drop at night.
And rain, don’t forget the rain.
Take today’s travel wardrobe and play around with them to find something that works for you.
Most of these shirts are light and airy enough that they will be fine in weather over 20°C. It’s easy to bring a sweater to layer throughout the day if the temperature drops as well.
I included the Rebel Rebel tee again in this packing list because it is back in stock and one of my favourite t-shirts that I own.

If the weather network still predicts a lot of rain as the date gets closer than calf hair boots might not be the best option, and a waterproof bootie may work better.
Although I adore the animal print boots and have been looking for a pair like them for ages.
I usually just include one dress or skirt in fall packing lists but this week I included one of each because a) it’s always good to have a dress on hand, and b) I love this brown leather skirt and couldn’t, not include it.
Truthfully it was the piece that I built this capsule wardrobe around.
