In my last post I showed a packing light listed for the bucket list destination Sydney, Australia. In this post I am showing 20 different outfit options (10 at the top and 10 at the bottom) that you can make with the 12 items of clothing (plus shoes and accessories) from that list with room to make more.

When you go to a destination that is known for its warm and beautiful weather you should also pack for the chance of some cooler evening temperatures and the possibility of having flight layovers in cooler cities.

As with every list I make, you should use this as a template to help guide you in packing light with your own wardrobe. Once you figure out a basic travel wardrobe it is easy to mix and match to accommodate for any destination.

As I mentioned before, this list reflects my lifestyle which is pretty laid back, more family orientated vs nightlife. So if you plan on partaking in Sydney’s prominent night life than you should include some clothes options for that like heels, and a dress (if that is your thing).

I am also not very much of a beach goer, more of a tour the city checking out the historic sites and museums person so I only included one swimsuit.

I also really kind of adore that reclaimed vintage bag from ASOS Marketplace. It reminds me of a purse that I bought from a thrift store when I was a teenager.

It is a brown leather saddle bag with tooled etchings on it of flowers, mushrooms, and grass painted in bright colours. It’s totally a 1970’s hippie purse. I still have it and can’t seem to part with it yet even though I haven’t used it 13+ years.

Do you have anything in your closet that you can’t part with but haven’t used in forever?
