UPDATE: Several of the items in this list are now sold out. I have updated these links to similar items in the same price range.

This is an outline of outfit ideas that you can wear in Paris if you follow my packing suggestions from the last post. I have had several people ask me how they can use their own wardrobes by using my lists as a guideline. So I am going to mention here quickly how you would do that, and maybe I will dedicate an entire post to detail it more thoroughly.

So this is how it works in a nutshell:

The pieces I include in the lists are examples of what you can pack. If I have a white v-neck t-shirt, then you would pack whatever your favourite t-shirt is. Don’t have a striped long sleeve? Then pack any long sleeve that will go with the rest of the pieces you are bringing.

I tend to include a lot of skinny jeans because I am short and they flatter my body and are easy to wear without alteration. Any type of bootleg or flare jeans I need to wear heeled shoes or wedges with because they don’t work well on my short legs. So if you don’t like skinnies then pack your favourite jeans that will work. A black dress, is a black dress as long as you can dress it up or down easily. Are you seeing where I am going with this? The key is to make sure that everything matches with everything else.

If you can’t get multiple outfits out of it then it is a waste of space in your suitcase even if you love it. My lists are suggestions. If you like some of the pieces and want to know where to get them I always include the link for where they can be found. I will detail this more at a later date.

I made this list based on variations of some of my favourite pieces. There are 12 interchangeable items of clothing with one lightweight leather jacket, shoes, and accessories. Pull several of these pieces out to wear on the plane and you will have even less to pack. So look above for 10 outfits and below for another 10.

A leather jacket is my go-to piece. Do you have a jacket that is a wardrobe staple?
