Another weekend, another website hosting problem. I woke up this morning to everything being a-okay only to see that my website began redirecting to https instead of http with me requesting the change.
Https is something that I want to eventually change over to for security purposes, but because of all the website configurations that you need to carry out after the change I need someone with computer skills to either assist me or hire someone to configure it. Without it your web pages will redirect to errors and no one will be able to access your site properly.
Needless to say I was livid that they changed this without my permission and I spent an hour on online chat trying to get it corrected. After about 7 hours it seems to be back to normal, but seriously….Sundays are my busiest traffic days and they totally screwed that for me. If you are encountering any issues that I can’t see please let me know.
On Thursday I may or may not have ordered another pair of Levis. This time I ordered the wedgie straight leg which has a much shorter inseam to give it a crop look. They arrived really quickly (Friday night) and I love the fit. The wash of blue is the perfect wash. It has that slightly beginning to wear/break-in fade to it. I ordered my pair from Aritzia which I am not sure has any stores outside of Canada.
The colour is Rough Tide which seems hard to come by in my quick internet search, but the Love Triangle medium wash seems similar (love triangle also comes in a darker wash). I think that this may be my favourites, so we’ll see how many times I go for these vs the 501 taper which is my current favourite. I like how I can get three pairs of 501 jeans that all look completely different in cut and wash.
It’s nice to step away from the skinny jeans if even for a short while.
