Friday is Merle’s birthday so I am scrambling around trying to get everything finished by then. Tomorrow we are going out to pick her cake…or cupcakes, because she hasn’t decided yet. I think she is hoping for both 😉

Then I have to wrap her presents. We have a tradition with the girls. If they are still awake at midnight the eve of their birthday then I let them open up their presents.

It’s a very rare day that they are both sound asleep at that time anyway.

This week I am moving forward with my spring packing list requests since I said that last week was probably my last winter list.

I know I have said that I love a good gloomy day, but man oh man I would like to see at least a sliver of sunlight throughout the day.

It’s been pure grey skies for well over a week now, so I could go for some spring sunshine even though it isn’t even officially winter yet.

Spring is the season of all seasons, meaning you can and often will experience all 4 seasons within a short period of time.

Sometimes in one day which makes it one of the hardest seasons to pack for. It’s not easy to predict what the weather will be like Glasgow for more than a week in advance because it changes so frequently so pay attention closely to the predictions.

*One of my favourite colours is dark green so I was drawn to the wrap shirt. It has also been ridiculously marked down.

So if any of you are on the hunt for a wrap top in green, then this one may be the one.

This holiday season is really throwing my schedule off. Sorry for the late-night post.

Note: I am having some database/server issues which is causing my site to run excessively slow or not at all at times.

I am working with my hosting company to see if they can fix the issue so please bear with me and the obnoxious slowness.
