So we bought Merle some old school roller skates at Value Village on the weekend and she hasn’t taken them off since. She puts them on when she wakes and tales them off when she goes to bed.

Since we don’t have stairs she can safely skate around the apartment, although she hits furniture and people all the time, but she is getting better every day. She tends to run really hot so 95% off the time she is skating inside in her tighty whities which makes it a million times more hilarious.

For this post I put together 20 travel outfit options from the pieces of the What to Pack For Oxford, UK packing list (10 at the top and 10 at the bottom of the page). The packing list is for a month in Oxford, Amsterdam, London, and surrounding areas from mid-May to mid-June.

The weather during those dates is predicted to be around 17°C – 20°C with some rain. Much of the UK itinerary will revolve around art galleries, garden tours, and walks around the cities, so I put together outfits that will be suitable for that.

Nothing too dressy, but put together and comfortable.

A simple button-down paired with some dark denim and flats is a polished and classic travel look. While some casual jeans paired with an oversized sweater, hat, and sneakers is a casual-cool look.

There is so much versatility to be had from these pieces for a range of looks and styles. That’s one of my favourite things about working with smaller wardrobes, the getting creative part of putting together as many outfit ideas as you can.

It really helps you to view your wardrobe with new eyes and see the potential.

Although trenches are and will always be a classic wardrobe staple, they are really big this season. What is your favourite in-between weather jacket?
