I’m not going to lie, I only finished putting everything together for this post five minutes before it went live. You know when everything keeps going wrong and you get super frustrated, which causes more things to go wrong? Yeah?
Last night was like that and I kept having to reboot, or restart, or completely delete what I was doing and it was getting to the point where I was holding my breath so I wouldn’t scream and scare the kids.
I decided that shutting everything down and starting anew in the morning was my best option. Everything went smoother today so it was probably a good call.
Sometimes you need to step away and come back to it with fresh eyes and a clear head (wells as clear as you can with mom brain).
This post has 20 travel outfit ideas options that go with the How to Pack for Bath, England packing list. The is a Christmas holiday vacation to England for two friends who have planned a “girl trip” for a long time and decided Bath was the place that they wanted to spend the holiday.
When you have two friends on the same trip with similar tastes and styles you get the added benefit of two travel wardrobes. Having nothing to wear should not be an issue.
This was one of my more colourful clothing selections but it seemed appropriate. The addition of mustard yellow and pink are tied together with the floral print dress (which I love). I would also suggest bringing some gloves as well (I forgot to add them) I like these bold ones, but these are also great.
My selections are based on my regular formula for a fall or winter capsule wardrobe. That consists of 4-5 shirts, a few sweaters with one being a cardigan, three bottoms, a dress or skirt, jacket, weather appropriate travel accessories, 3 pairs of shoes, and 2 purses (usually one small, one regular size).
I take the formula then pick a capsule colour palette, which this time was a neutral base with yellow and pink. Then I mix everything to make sure they all go together so that I know making outfits will be simple.
It sounds pretty basic and it is which is why it’s super easy to take this concept and plug in your own pieces. I can see any of these outfits being worn while walking around the city taking in the Bath, England Christmas celebrations which was its purpose.

I really enjoy this time of year and I just saw that it is officially 46 days until Christmas. I am starting to get a little freaked but also sad that it is going to be over so soon. Are you?
