SHOP THE POST

We have been waiting for months for the Love Me Sweet Japanese Cheesecake  shop to open and it finally did, so yesterday (since there was no line during the day) we went and picked up a 7″ chocolate Cheesecake for $11. So good.

We ate the whole thing in under 2 hours. I may or may not have supplemented our dinner with it.  They share their shop space with Squish Candies, and Eva’s Original Chimney’s which makes walking in there, sweet tooth heaven.

Today I have the travel outfit ideas for the What to pack for Berlin, Germany packing list from Wednesday.

In the original post I picked pieces that reflected the requesters love of leopard, neutrals (leopard is a neutral though), and blue, while still keeping it a cool, modern, effortless chic that would work in the early winter and for any packing list for Europe.

The trip is for 14 days so I put together 20 travel outfits ideas to show you a variety of options for how these pieces can work so that you can pack light for Europe.

It’s easy to throw a bunch of clothes in to a suitcase and hope for the best which many people do.

My goal is to show you that it is still easy to pack light as long as you are mindful with your choices. Pick a colour palette and stick with it, that way you know that everything should work together.

Give yourself a certain number of tops and bottoms you would like to bring and work around that. Quickly pre plan a handful of travel outfits (and take a picture of them laid out on the bed or on you) so that you have something to refer to while on your trip.

These steps should help abolish the “nothing to wear” stress and stop you from feeling like you have to run out and buy clothes on your vacation.

I gave you 20 outfit ideas (10 at the top and 10 at the bottom of the post) with room to make many more with some wardrobe creativity.

I also noted in the original post that weather is all relative so make sure you pack for your own comfort.

I come from a city that has a pretty cold winter so the temperature of Berlin in December won’t feel as cold to me as someone from California (for example) so pick your pieces accordingly.

I have received a lot of messages from people saying that these posts also help them with their wardrobes. So if you need inspiration for your next trip or even just for pairing down your closet I hope this post (or any of my others) can help with that.

Do you pre plan outfits for your vacation or just hope for the best?
