I’m really digging this one. I’m not sure if it’s because I can visualize myself in every piece, or if it is because I want a black jumpsuit really bad. It just went together really easily. This requested list is for a mid-end of September vacation to both Italy and France. Some of the destinations are Lyon and Paris in France with a train trip to Italy to visit Venice, and Lake Como. This sounds like a dream trip at wonderful time of year for travel.

I know that jumpsuits aren’t everyone’s friends so I left it open to personal interpretation: jumpsuit, culottes, or black pants in your preferable style. I didn’t include any shorts in this least even though there still might be some quite hot days at this time of year because there is always the same argument of whether shorts are appropriate in Italy (people may argue that many don’t wear them in France either but it’s a lesser argument).

I decided that longer dresses and pants that go past the knee would work better for daily wear while sightseeing. The scarves can also double duty as shawls when required for entry into various sites that need more coverage. The kimono shirt also works well over shirts as a cover up/light cardigan as well as shirt when worn alone. All of these pieces will easily take you through a variety of situations for 14+ days. Outfit options for this list can be found in this post.

I can’t believe that summer is almost over and I have barely done anything. Do any of you have any big trips planned during this last part of summer?
